Meet Our CEO
Beth Kramer is the CEO of Engenix, Inc., a Woman-Owned, HUBZone, government contracting small business founded in 2018. Engenix provides innovative technologies, tailored training, and adaptive defense solutions to commercial, academic, Federal, and DoD clients. With over 25 years of experience in tech innovation, training, and leadership, she has impacted the defense, federal, education, and commercial sectors. Prior to founding Engenix, she was Vice President at a software engineering and simulation company.
Her commitment extends beyond corporate success; she is involved in community service, supporting military families and veterans, STEM education, women’s cyber scholarships, and mental health initiatives. As Chair of The Catalyst 2024 Board of Directors and a mentor for the Madison CEO Youth program, she advocates for small business support. Being a former military spouse and the spouse of a veteran, she understands the importance of volunteering and effecting change in the community. She believes strong leadership is key to making a positive impact and is dedicated to leading by example.
